Method
1. Cut meat into small cubes and place in a heavy skillet with onions, butter, peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme and about 2 tbsp water. 2. Cook tightly covered over low flame for 20 minutes. 3. Increase to medium heat and continye cooking for another 2 hours.
